• Class A — single contract $150,000 or more, or $1 million or more in a 12-month period. 34,213 licenses.
• Class B — $30,000 to less than $150,000, or $250,000 to less than $1 million in 12 months. 8,374 licenses.
• Class C — over $1,000 but less than $30,000, and less than $250,000 in 12 months. 11,253 licenses.
